FrozenFunds is sponsored by RetryHub and PayFresco, payment companies run by the site owner. They appear in the "Where to go next" section and sponsor links. This affects which providers we feature. It does not change any entry in the database.

About the data

Every entry is merchant-reported. We collect them from public posts (Reddit, community forums, Hacker News, published UK Financial Ombudsman decisions) and from reader submissions, and link each to its public source. We have not verified the claims, and processors may dispute them. Fields the merchant didn't share are marked "Not stated."
